This one is really dumb and very little of it is applicable to Zoro at all. I thought about deleting it and not bothering. But I'm bored, so I'm going to snarkily finish it anyway.
1 Are there any recent/daily thoughts they have about death or dying?
Nope.
2 Do they believe for every darkness there is a lightness? If not, why?
No, because who the fuck even has that philosophy?
3 Name one thing about the way their emotions work that they despise.
He doesn't despise any of his emotions, not even when he fumbles with feelings.
4 Would they ever wish upon a falling star? If so, what would they wish?
Nope. Wishes are like prayers and he doesn't do that.
5 Describe how they would spend a stormy, overcast/rainy day.
Same as he spends a sunny day. He has a routine and rain won't stop it.
6 Storms or clear skies?
Doesn't matter. No preference. At least if skies are clear no one will kick him awake from his nap and demand that he help hold down the rigging.
7 What about nature do they find calming? What about nature do they find disagreeable?
The sound of the surf, maybe. He doesn't dislike anything natural.

Luffy, th...no you know what? His crew. Period.

everyone else: /turns around walks away does whatever he wants

Absolutely none. Zoro does not melt down. He didn't even fucking grieve the loss of a sword or mourn the death of a beloved ship, and he faced certain death with a stoic face. This man will never melt down.

Placing his back to an enemy in order to defend someone. It's said Zoro defends his crew with his back, and he does.
13 Describe a verbal way they would express complete trust.
He would never say so outright. If it was someone asking him to do a thing or go to a place, he would simply say "Let's go."
14 Explain how they portray feelings of hostility or dislike.
Like any other goddamn human being - glare at the thing, maybe yell at it if there's a reason to.
15 What is something that causes them to question themselves?
He used to worry about being weak but he doesn't anymore. Inability to understand someone else just means he has to work harder. Inability to handle a fight means he has to work harder. Inability to do anything that he really wants to do means he has to work harder. It's not rocket science.
16 On a sleepless night, what would they be found doing?
Nothing unusual. As mentioned before he doesn't sleep much at night anyway so he's probably on watch.
17 Is there anything about their health they are continuously on edge about? Something they disregard?
Nope. Disregards injuries in the middle of battle and keeps going but otherwise nada, zip, and zero.
18 Name at least two people who can trust them with their life.
Luffy, Sanji.

It's very subtle, but showing trust in him, via words or actions. Treating him with respect.

Behave suspiciously around him. In other words, do anything to make him genuinely suspicious of your motives, intentions, or actions. Attack or threaten to attack. He only gets apprehensive around people who make themselves a potential foe or target.

No. (his shouting matches with annoying crewmates are hardly violent.)

He doesn't have any.

Actions.

Not really. He tends to push down memories, both positive and negative, so as not to dwell on them or allow them to hold him back. He doesn't associate scent with anything but people, so if he's equated a scent with a person, he might think of them, but outside his crew he doesn't really go that far.
25 Are there any inner demons they can never seem to get rid of? What are they?
Nope. Anyone who thinks his past with Kuina is an "inner demon" doesn't know him very well. He has shed attachments and regrets.
